Ohio voters required to bring identification to polls
New requirements in Ohio law require voters to provide certain types of verification of their identity when voting at the polls or with an absentee ballot. You can learn more about the requirements so that you can be prepared at the polls on our voter ID requirement page.

Early Voting locations
In Ohio, you can vote early in-person at the county Board of Elections office in all Ohio counties. For residents of Franklin, Hardin, Knox, Lucas and Summit counties who may have voted at a special location in 2008, please note that your in-person early voting location is now your county Board of Elections office.
